Kingston Beach House

All of the rooms of this house face the beach so the picture above shows almost every room in the house.
Top floor, the two foyers are two loft
bedrooms. The one on the right is currently used as a home office.
(Note
that the stairs to the loft are a bit steep)
Middle floor, left to right is the Master Bedroom, Small sitting room (entry way towards the back), another Bedroom.
Bottom floor, left to right is the Kitchen (laundry room behind), living room, dinning room behind living room (all one big room ) , and a storage area we call the boat room.
